HD Tune Health tab blank

Hello, please forgive me if this is in the wrong subforum.

For some reason, HD Tune is blank in the health tab. I'm not sure why because when I used HD Tune Pro, the health tab was not blank. 15 day trial ended so I can't use Pro anymore, obviously. It's the same exact hard drive... Did the Pro trial scan in mid-December. Not sure what I've done in the past two months that could've made HD Tune be unable to show health.

I would say that once the trial has ended, you don't have it showing any more.
Use Cristal disk. Very good and free.

I don't see how the Pro trial ending would effect the free/no trial HD Tune from working properly.
