HDD light turns solid red while no HD is attached in it

its been a week since this problem occured, i open my pc..no response from mouse and keyboard, black screen.. well, i disconnected all from VC, ram to power supply and clean it but same thing happen when i open it, i notice that the HDD light freezes to red whenever i turn my pc on so i thought it's my HD i try to back up and reformat, same thing again but when i try not to attached the HD so i can see what's the problem oh well the HDD light still freezes at red even if the HD is not attached :cry:

i need you guys, please help me :cry:
