Headphones sound switches automatic to speakers

Greetings community,

This is a very weird problem which I never had before. When I'm in gaming sessions such as WoW, CoD and more even 8ball pool... the sound from headphones just "cut" and goes to speakers.

So while gaming it's alright but when the sound gets "Loud" it just stops working and I have to plug it again to work which is really irritating.

Any help please? I searched the internet but didn't find anything much useful.


Notes: I have tried different headphones (still same issue)
