Hearthstone blocked from connecting

my brother blocked hearthstone from connecting to the internet or it's launcher I'm not sure which one or what he did but when I launch hearthstone an error message pops up and reads "playful sprites have disturbed hearthstone as it was linking to battle.net service please wait a few minutes and try again"

can anyone help? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and didn't help, this only affects my pc as I downloaded it on my laptop and it played fine any tips?

Are you using Windows Firewall? Windows Firewall offers the ability to block or deny connections based on applications instead of ports. Check both inbound and outbound rules to see if any rules have been put in place.

Hey, it looks like your brother really loves messing with you. But it seems like if we fix this issue he will just do something else to mess with you and this is in my opinion is counter productive. I think you need to talk to your brother and have him fix the issue and stop messing with you. It is not that I do not want to help you, I just feel anything we do know your brother will just keep doing other stuff and at one point even break the computer.

yeah he does these things removes them and does them again but it's pointless to talk to him because it's like talking to a brick wall so I'm not sure what to do

Maybe only use your laptop and don't give access to it?
