Hi.
while i'm using a program (an internet browser for example)
it suddenly doesn't respond for about .5 seconds
and also applies to my games, but when I alt+tab my games, i must click the icon multiple times to go back. I checked the task manager and it always say "not responding"
and if you all are asking. yes, it does meet the requirements for my computer.
my games are normally working a few years ago but now it's not.
I already tried system restore but it didn't work for me.

my Antivirus is ESET Smart Security

I figured as much, the momentary pause/freeze is probably waiting while information is written to the page file (for lack of ram). It may also be that two applications are conflicting.

Have you installed any software, or windows updates around the time the problem started?

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Click Start Menu

Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here.

Probably not the problem, but since you mentioned a game, I'm wondering if you have left he disc in the optical drive. The reason that I ask, is that I have had a problem when leaving the disc in the drive with one game, and it causes a bunch of problems, even if the game isn't being played.

Where to start?

Since you use Vuze ALOT I would start with a Malware scan

Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
Update it immediately.
Do a full system scan
Let us know the results at the end.

Malwarebytes : Download free malware, virus and spyware tools to get your computer back in shape!

If that comes back clean ONLY

Your problem seems to be heap (memory) corruption. It is almost exclusively in the games you have downloaded via torrent.

Hundreds of these errors exist

Faulting application name: gta3.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x3ccece14
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17725, time stamp: 0x4ec49b60
Exception code: 0xc0000374
Fault offset: 0x000c380b
Faulting process id: 0x1480
Faulting application start time: 0x01cd0399a2ca3b7f
Faulting application path: C:\Users\Christian\Documents\Vuze Downloads\GTA 3 (PC) Grand Theft Auto III - Liberty City\GTA3\gta3.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
Report Id: e4b8386e-6f8c-11e1-88df-0023548ea4fd
Faulting package full name: %14
Faulting package-relative application ID: %15

If I were you I would wipe it and start all over again BUT if you download and run the same games from the same place, you are going to have the same problems.

Other errors

The DUALSHOCK3 Controller HID Minidriver (USB) Beta service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

The LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR11.

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\CdRom5.

Product: LogMeIn Hamachi -- Error 1714. The older version of LogMeIn Hamachi cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

Need I go on?
