Good day Maam and Sir I have some Problems with my Windows 7

Please help and teach me how to fix this Problems

anyway when i'm trying to install samsung usb driver, it stops and this is the message
Samsung USB Driver for all phones (x86) has stop working
windows is checking for a solution to the program

another one
when i run the hardware and device troubleshooter in control panel
at the end of the run some problem didn't fixed
here it is:
- Muti-card has a Driver problem
- G:\ has a driver problem
- 4 Bluetooth Peripheral Device doesn't have a driver
-Hardware changes might not have been detected

Enable driver updating as shown in this link: Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)
then run all Important and Optional Windows Updates, with reboots, until no more are offered when you Check for Updates again.

This delivers important drivers and patches to make them work correctly.

If that doesn't clear up the missing drivers, post back a screenshot of the missing drivers shown with an ! mark in Device Manager.
