HELP! Blue screen error: "STOP: 0x000000F4 (0X0000000000000003, 0XFFFF

Hello guys, my HP Probook 640 is prompting the error: STOP: 0x00000F4.

When I turn on my laptop, it gets past the windows logo, and it either loads the login screen very slowly, or loads a black screen with the loading circle.

If I manage to login, it is extremely unresponsive and slow. Then soon after it crashes and shows the blue screen. What is the main cause of the issue, and how can I fix it?

Safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, reboot using last successful modes all don't work.

I'm thinking about replacing the SSD of the laptop, would that do anything? Because from my research, it seems like the error is from hardware issues.

The problem is, if I manage to log in (doesn't even load the login screen sometimes), the whole screen is either unresponsive or manages few clicks, then crashes.... Running the executable file to get a zip file will not be possible.

Can you go into safe mode? Sounds like a RAM or a main storage issue. Run MemTest86+, as axe0 linked above, but also SeaTools for DOS.
