Help!!! Bsod system_service_exceptions!

Karls been telling me I have bad sectors so I guess i have some problems with it.check my chkdsk.log if you want to make sure. I guess RMA is right choice and if i get anymore problems with blue screen after my new hdd its likey going to be ram i guess

I have already looked at your chkdsk logs and I see the issues with the file system. But to know if the drive is actually at fault you at least need to run the simple test:

WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD VelociRaptor

Do it again. Launch and run the WD diagnostics and retest. If it fails the test, don't close the diagnostics but run the test again and see if you get the same result.

I'm just trying to ensure that possible flaky memory isn't interfering with the running of the diagnostics program. If the diagnostics program doesn't crash, stays interactive when you use it and gives the same results each time, the more I think you can rely on what it's telling you.

What does the diagnostics program say about the drive's SMART status? If you click on the SMART status it should open a window with a listing of all the measured SMART attributes. Does it do that for you?
