So I think I am looking at the right parts, please tell me if I am wrong. I am more concerned about the ram and the power supply being compatible with the motherboard. Also how many watts should I get my power supply?

It really helps if you say how the computer will be used and also your budget. Will you be using on-board Graphics?

I installed the stock 140mm case fan outside of case then installed the H70+ 1 of its 120mm fans inside case. Used the 2nd 120mm from the H70 to go in the Gpu tunnel.

I am just going to use it to download and burn lots of stuff. And yes I am going to be using on board graphics since I am not going to use it for gaming

I just built a computer for myself using the Core i3-2100t and that exact same motherboard. I'm very impressed with the combination. I also used g.skill RAM...and have been using it for my last few builds.

I used the NZXT source 210 case in white; For a $39 case, it's pretty nice. Case fan is silent, and plenty of room for clean cable management behind the mobo.

For $10 more, you can get the elite version of the case which has front USB 3.0 as well as 2 case fans and tool less insides

Other than having a different case, it seems like we are going to be having the same exact computer lol

Chivas:

That PC won't use over 200 watts under maximum load. Probably not even 150.

All you would need is a 350 or 400 watt PSU, but I would immediately jump on that 520 watt Seasonic linked by Jeepman. It's an excellent brand at a great discount and would be able to power most separate video cards should you ever decide to use one.

I probably would not get a "green" drive as my only hard drive as they are a bit slow. They are fine for holding data, but you can do a bit better for a boot drive, such as either of these:

My power supply is a Cosair 430. It's overpowered for my actual needs, but I like to stick with Corsair, Seasonic or Antec for my PSU's and the Corsair 430 was around $35 when I bought with a rebate....just I just went with it.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 (CMPSU-430CXV2) 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

I'd also recommend staying with a 7,200RPM drive for a boot drive. The green drives are great for storage, and low noise, low heat but performance is a bit less. With that said, for my server box I'm using the Samsung ecoGreen 2TB as my OS drive and my storage drive as I rarely ever boot the box and these Samsung drives are very speedy...so no complaints. However, if this was for an everyday usage computer, I would have gone with a 7,200RPM hard drive or an SSD instead.

For what it's worth, I have both drives gnatzatsonic recommended. The Samsung is much quieter, faster and cheaper. I liked them so much, I have 5 of them. Don't be fooled by a hard drive saying 6 Gb/s. No mechanical hard drive can go as fast as 3 Gb/s. The only way a hard drive can utilize 6 Gb/s is with a sata 3 SSD.
