Help! Can only see half of taskbar//Weird "My Computer" Glitch(image)

I dont know how to remove the computer shortcut thingy.... had for a while but cant see all my pinned shortcuts and its pissing me off...

I can not click on the place where it says "computer" when i right click on any link it doesnt give me the option to unpin ... When i right click on "computer" it is as if I right-click on my taskbar ...

HELP please..

Have you locked the taskbar.....? Right click the taskbar in a blank area then go to properties and go through the settings.
