Help for a Sand Sailor

I have developed a problem with BSOD's lately on my laptop, a Dell Inspiron 1764 that is just now a year old. Reading the forums, I downloaded the debugging tools and looked at the dump files and its telling me that it is the NETIO.SYS. I'm stumped now as I cannot find any definitive information on this file. I will attach the dump files if anyone could give me some guidance on this problem. I'm currently in the Middle East and this computer is my main source of communication and entertainment at the moment. Thanks for any help you can give.

A McAfee security software was invloved, uninstall it and use MSE
Update your USB Modem/Serial Device Driver, it cause issues on your system
