Help. How to get Installed App on another partition to new C drive?

Sorry I cannot set the title clear.

I have C drive and D drive partition. C drive is for windows installation while D drive is for 3rd party app installation.

I got these heavy apps on D drive.
1. Oracle
2. Java
3. Photoshop
4. Android
5. Eclipse
and many more....

I lost C drive and I must format it.

My question is how to get my "installed" App which already exists on D drive "sync" to new C drive.
Currently, I cannot find Oracle Start/Stop on Windows Service. I cannot find JAVA HOME. Etc. Despite I installed these on D drive yet registry setting seems still reside on C drive.

I will gladly thankful if I do not need to re-install all these apps on D drive. Thanks in advance.

If you reinstalled Windows on you will need to reinstall all the programs you have on [D]. There were registry entries in the previous Windows installation that don't exist now for all the programs on [D]. If you can restore a backup image of the previous [C] drive, that might work. When you install programs on a different partition than the OS, you need to keep backup images of both partitions so you can restore both of them to keep them in sync. I don't know of any way to "sync" what you have on [D] to a reinstall of Windows on [C].

Actually I still have fully contact C drive. I have not formatted it yet. It just wont load into Windows. Safe Mode and System Repair did not work out.

I have 2 laptops. 1 laptop is with the issue (A). Another one is working well (B). Laptop B is new fresh Windows. I can copy all files from laptop A by removing its HDD and make is as external HDD to laptop B.

So Is there is a way I can copy file from external HDD (A), copy certain specific files to laptop B, or even copy its registry to laptop B to avoid re-installing all the apps I have?
