Help! I can't connect to internet!

Im using Windows 7 Ultimate and it wont let me connect to my sbcglobal dsl internet connection. No matter what I put into the broadband username and password box, it accepts nothing!

Please help me get my internet connection.

The driver is supposed to be built in and on Win7 it keeps saying something about a PPoeP or something.

This is a wired connection.

PPeoP (or Point to point over ethernet) proticol requires a different setup. Did your ISP provide you with setup Proceedures and a user name and password?

Who is the ISP?
