Help install win7 from usb but restarts to nothing

Hi guys,

I am installing fresh windows 7 on a samsung netbook. I deleted every partition and started over. Anyway, when I install from the usb stick it seems to install ok, until after it says "completing installation", then it restarts but doesn't continue. It just goes to the start of the bootable usb again. And when I change the boot back to the hdd it just checks the disk for errors. Please help. It seems to install fine but then this happens.

Sometimes installing from a USB can cause issues with certain motherboards. Change your first boot device to the USB flash drive, then start the install. After the first reboot, enter the BIOS and change the first boot device to your hard drive, then let Windows continue with the install. See if that helps.
