Help! locked myself out

I am not very experienced in computers. But was trying to set up our computer to have a password upon startup, instead of booting all the way up w/internet access. Unfortunately, i did not write the username down and did set a password so that I'm now locked out...What can I do now?

Try using the below method. Keep in mind however, that this only works for 32bit systems.
