Solved Help making taskbar like Vista's taskbar

Ive been using windows 7 for a few weeks and its driving me crazy, the way the Windows 7 taskbar is, I just want the old Windows Vista taskbar back.

I spent hours searching windows Vista themes on windows 7 but none of them change the way the taskbar operates. Not looking for a theme just Vista's Taskbar.

To be more specific the main things disturbing me about windows 7's taskbar:

-Explorers Quick Launch Icon dissapearing and morphing into the actual Browser's tab.

-Cant disable the show desktop button
