Solved Help me please with reading my sfcdetails.txt

My system is corrupt, i cant understand why.
I check sfc /scannow, there are stop in 20%.
i'm create sfcdetails by using this command

findstr /c:»[SR]» %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt
Here is my sfcdetails.txt
Please help me understand where my system corrupted...
