Help me please

this may seem odd but i wanted to upgrade my laptop to windows10, when i try it i always ran into trouble "installation failed in safe_os phase during boot operation" thing, i tried to search it out for help but it doesnt work for me. i researched about it and some web says that "setupact" file can help find the problem yet i dont know how to read / filter the error or how to find it atleast. please help me thankyou!
