Help me restore the classic feel of application window border

I made a video to show you in 16 seconds what my problem is:

I've tried SFC scannow

It didn't fix it. SFC Scannow said there are no corrupt files. So all my windows files are good. This issue must be caused by something attached to this account it is happening on.

I tried changing themes, editing the advanced color properities, restoring explorer.exe, etc...

Lucky this is just happening in my main user account and not in the others.

So maybe this is some changed setting that is causing this.

I've this same issue also with browser windows of google chrome, firefox, internet explorer, and many other program windows, etc...

I don't know since when I got this issue but I just really noticed it. So I don't really know the source of the problem and how severe it is in regards to resolving it.

I also don't know what to search for in google to find others who had this issue before. If any had this issue before that is.

Try now, sorry I thought the video would show but be unlisted for others that don't have the link. Seems Youtube changed that feature.
