[Help]Pendrive/USB drive is write protected unable to format

Hello, My Pendrive/USBdrive got write protected and I cannot able to format it. I do not want any files inside it. I just want to format it. I have tried many methods but still none of them are working. Please help me.

When I insert my USBdrive, It popups like this:

Hello and welcome Jinu mate juts use this it will clean the drive completely and all you need to do after is format it.

read it carefully and the clean all will take a whie to do but you will end up with an empty drive.
At the bottom of that tutorial there is another showing how to complete the format etc.

When I check my "Storage Devices", It shows my disk as "Raw".

And When I use "clean" or "clean all" command, It gives me this error:

Hi Jinu,

If other pen drives work on your PC and only this pen drive does not work:

Try to format your pendrive with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool v2.2.3 HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool Free Download

(Right click on the HPUSBDisk.exe and run as administrator)

If it fails to format your drive,I would say your pen drive is dead.

Reason: A pen drive is not going to last forever - for that matter nothing ever .It has a limited number of read/write cycles (about 3000 to 5000 program cycles). When more and more bad sectors are created and all the reserved sectors to map such bad sectors are exhausted, the controller in the drive makes it write protected so that you will not be able to write to it only to see the files getting corrupted.
