In that case, as it should have extracted the driver, what you'll want to do is go to Device Manager in your Control Panel. Then double-click your "Standard Graphics Adapter" and click on the Driver tab and click on "Update Driver". After that, click on "Browse my computer for driver software". Then you can Browse to wherever the drivers extracted to, generally (C:\ATI\SUPPORT\10-2_vista32_win7_32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu\Packages\Drivers\Display\W7_INF) and then click "OK".
