!! HELP PLS. !!! RANDOM BSODs - have documented 4- attchd all details

Results of SFC SCANNOW - RAN in SAFE MODE

Here is the CBS.log file as I just run SFC - it says that it found some corrupt files that it could not repair.

To refresh history, about 2-3 weeks ago when I decided to rebuild this machine - it was due to SFC failing to repair files. At that time windows was giving some application errors every now and then (but nowhere close to the frequency its doing now- and specialy BSOds, which I got only 2-3 times in 4 months in the previos build).

Pls. help.

Tell me about safe mode, as previously requested, and then we will know which way to go.

Everyone is interested in getting their computer fixed as soon as possible and we do the best we can.
We have only examined one possiblity so far, drivers, usually it takes many more attempts than that. The reports give clues not answers. The only test that I suggested so far was the driver verifier. It normally takes more than one test. The procedure takes time regardless of the analyst.

Rich- haven't heard back from you today. Did you get a chance to look at everything I posted so far. Any ideas?

Before we begin, you have to realize that we are all volunteers here, trying our best to help many. Asking to be helped as soon as possible will not expedite the ananlysis of your problem. Please be patient, as we are helping many and your questions will be answered, although it may take time. BSODs are extremely time consuming as it is a hit or miss situation many times.
That being said, since your worked of in Safe Mode, you may be able to work in Clean boot, if you can, follow procedure to find the cause of your problem.

Fresh set of data- Pls. help

Guys- I’m back here after the lull – went of town on work.
I have run significant tests myself with different permutations & combinations. I think it points to some setting issues- as windows is fully patched up and works fine with 1 sRAM stick.
So the observations I made, I’m sharing below - Hopefully one of you gurus can pinpoint the problem now.
1. I went to MOBO and loaded optimized defaults for BIOS (my mobo Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H B3 – rev 1.3)
2. I ran memtest for over 10 passes on both the sticks of RAM INDIVIDUALLY in 3 of the 4 slots (didn’t get time to check 4th but Im sure it’ll be OK and regardless, I’m not using that slot anyway).
3. Both RAMS (individually) pass with 0 errors over 10+ passes overnight. (RAM is Corsair DDR3 XMS 1600MHZ, 1.65V 2 X 4GB sticks - 8GB XMS Memory kit for dual channel systems, 1600MHz, 9-9-9-24, 1.65V = Tech specs here linked XMS3 )
4. When I put both RAMs together, Memtest fails within 5 seconds- gives 40,000 + errors within a few mins. I thought voltage but its on AUTO so it shd. Be OK.
5. Now I’ve used system with just 1 RAM stick in one of the slots and usability wise, it works fine. The moment I added in 2nd RAM stick, I got another BSOD saying “memory management”.
6. Attached are all dumps for info- now just the SF diag tool dump but I’ve also put my bios setting in another zip so you could look at it.
All help is appreciated.

If even one error shows it usually means memory problesms, thats all that anyone can tell you from here.
