I have been experiencing random reboots with my fresh Win 7 x64 build. I am suspecting either a bad ram sticks or ATI video card issue. If someone can help pinpoint what is causing the random reboots, that would be appreciated.

I have attached the minidump and performance report logs.

Build:
AMD Phenom X6 1100T
Sabertooh 990FX
4 x 4Gb G.Skill Ripjaws 1600mhz
XFX 6850 1Gb
Intel 520 120GB SSD
Corsair TX750W

All drivers have been updated to the latest version.

Thanks!

OK. I have removed AVG. I ran prime 95 blend and workers stopped after 5 minutes, this is a sign of memory issues. I ran prime 95 cpu-stress only overnight and no errors.

Any recommendation on memtest settings? how many passes, etc? Also windows has its own memtest, is that as good as the memtest86+?

I am suspecting that either one of the ram sticks is faulty or maybe my motherboard cannot run 4 sticks with the current speed and timings.

* If you are overclocking anything reset to default before running these tests.
In other words STOP!!!

* If you have a Raid update its Driver.

Memtest.
*Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

*Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5-7 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

Any errors are indicative of a memory problem.

If a known good stick fails in a motherboard slot it is probably the slot.

Everything is running at stock speed for both cpu and ram, no overclock whatsoever.

No raid too.
