Help Require on issue of control system

Hello Everyone...

I have a Dell Optiplex7040 PC with 4GB RAM & 500 GB HDD. This system is used for PLC-SCADA based control system. In this system I have installed RSLinkx 5000 & Factory Talk view of Rockwell make. For same system I have connected RSthal make HMI(with inbuilt hard keyboard & Mouse). Connection between HMI and PC is through KVM Switch.
HMI Model is ET667
KVM Model is Exicom.

Now main issue is that every time my HMI gets hanged i.e. Touch screen-Keyboard-Mouse of HMI stops working. LED at Num Lock is glowing but I am unable to perform any operation. Till now I have changed my PC thrice. [Current PC: Dell Optiplex7040]

and when ever HMI get hang, always I have to restart my system i.e. PC after that It works Ok. It's really frustrating. Please give solution on this problem.

Connection of System

PLC Panel--[Communication cable]----PC----[USB]----KVM---[Communication cable]----HMI.

Now I am really fed up please give me a solution

I suggest you to look for help at Rockwell.
