Hello everyone,

I've got a problem with my laptop lately. If I leave my laptop on for a while and then it automatically turns into Sleep Mode. When I "wake up" my laptop, it suddenly freezes: I can move my mouse cursor, but the desktop freezes. Finally the mouse cursor does the same.

I'm using an Acer Aspire 3370 laptop, If it's important to solve the problem.

I hope you can help me. :(

I've seen this quite a few times, it's generally either a out of date driver, or your security software.

I don't have enough information here to be more specific.

I don't know how to fix the problem, but you can go into the power settings and set it so that it never goes into sleep mode.
