Hello,

Sorry for another question in so few days. I have a computer which is occasionally suffering from bluescreen errors. They appear to be random. I've never been present for one, though. I only see the evidence. My question is how to I go about solving them? The 'windows recovered from an error' message tells me that it's a problem with the minidump file.

Could someone help?

Your Intel graphics card driver is very outdated, and a possible cause, please update the driver from here - Intel® Driver Update Utility

Thanks for the comprehensive reply.

I'm having a little trouble understanding what exactly I should do from that link, or which is the best thing I could try doing. If you could point me in the right direction - along the lines of what the first step looks like - that would be great.

Thank you

Firstly, just update your Intel graphics card driver, we can work through the other steps in the troubleshooting guide if we have any further problems.

Thanks, I would suggest to continue using the computer as you normally would, and then report back if you have any further crashes.
