help with driver hp8500 and win7

hi everyone

here the story

i have the HP 8500 wireless since January it has installed all the hp software

hp solutions130.0.4..., hp download manager,hp photosmart ess

here is the but the actual drivers the hp drivers did not install

i am running the window 7 drivers that is ok but in device manager i have the yellow

caution that states drivers not found

could some tell me who has HP8500 what the files are for the drivers so i can

located them on my cd

because when i try to do it windows say that the files are not found

and it went thru the hole cd

please i just got home

no that did not work either

i tried everything

what i really need is the files names that are in the device manager area or properties under drivers of this hp 8500

Well I just installed my Hp photosmart 2610 attached by USB as well and it installed fine as soon as I turned it on (self installed the drivers) then installed hp solutions witch also updated the drivers just make sure its on and plugged in before you start the install.

i have this printer for 2 months the drivers it uses is win 7

not the hp drivers

HP make the printer OK, they also make the DRIVER for windows operating systems that how your hardware to run on the operating system windows have nothing to do with making drivers for hardware the manufacture dose AKA HP, download the drivers I posted before and install then tell me if it fixes the problem.

the drivers for the printer are not not found see snip

the drivers within win 7 (32 bit) allow this printer to function

just looking for somebody with win7 and this printer to tell me what files the drivers are in device manager/ propteries/drivers

that all there must be somebody out there
