Help with MS Office 2003 Pro installation

I am trying to install MS office Pro from a CD unto an Aspire 5517 with windows 7. Currently I'm getting an error reading " the requested operation requires elevation". There is only one user with Administrator priviledges on this computer.

Any help please?

Right click and run as administrator

Does not work
Actually there are two administrators and you are not the real one
Try with the real administrator

Still problems try in safe mode

Couldn't find a 2nd Administrator on the system, except a guest account which is turned off. Also the command prompt window reads:c\ users\name of user>c

not too clear about trying safe mode.

Any other options?
