Solved Help with UAC controls

Hey, this is probably simple but I'm about to break my laptop. I dragged a word doc from the desktop into documents but I dropped it into a BrFaxRx folder which I think is related to my brother all in one. But at any rate, I cant remove it now. It says I need admin privileges, and then I click Ok with the little shield icon and then it says You require permission from ZACH-PC/Zach to make changes to this file and wont let me remove it or even open it. Where I'm confused is that I'm the only user on this machine and I have admin privileges set
