Help with Windows 7 logon screen with dual monitors

Hello,

I've read around a little on this forum regarding the issue with the logon screen in Windows 7 and how if you have dual monitors, the other monitor is always black; but, I have not seen a definite answer to the problem. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

If I have missed the thread with the answer, I apologize and would appreciate being directed there.
