I have some mp3/wav sounds and i want to convert them in high frequency.
So i need a high frequency software.
Any idea?

Are you trying to convert from 44,100Hz to 96,000Hz ?

Why are you trying to convert anyway? You're final result will only be as good as the native file (like converting an mp3 to Wav)

I try to convert the sound so only dogs can hear them.
I know it sound strange but its important.
Did you know any good software?

There is nothing that I know of to convert something to a higher pitch, such as what you want. You would have to create the high frequency tones with a tone generator that would create them and I'm not sure where you would find that.
