Solved High Latency after computer fresh install

Hi

I recently performed a fresh install of my Os after installing some new hardware and since doing this i have experienced high latency when playing online applications. The latency spike is occurring every few seconds regardless of what actions i am taking on my pc be this Idle , watching a stream or playing a game however it has no effect on the system during most of these and is only noticeable in online gaming.

This is not a micro stutter as i have previously encountered and resolved.

I have attempted to uninstall and re install and update my network drivers repeatedly but have had no noticeable effect , i have updated my motherboard drivers and chipset with again no effect and i have attempted to enable and disable drivers to try and diagnose the cause but have been unable to find anything.

Are you using Wi-Fi connection? If you are switch to a wired connection and see if that makes any difference. According to your post you are only having the problem on-line.

Have you run the Resplendence Latency Mon program?
