Hitachi 4TB deckstar only showing up as 1.7 TB?

Hey there. I have a Dell XPS 8300. I just threw a Hitachi Deckstar 4TB drive in. It shows as 4TB in the BIOS. But in the disk management tool, it's only showing up as 1.7! I have 24X3TB (yes, 72TB) of drives attached via USB3, and they're showing just fine, so it's not the 2TB limit. Any ideas?

Is the disk partitioned as GPT or MBR? Also are you set up in the BIOS to boot UEFI?
