Ho do i change the position of windows explorer toolbar to top

My windows explorer toolbar"s position is changed when i install a third party theme.it has gone at the bottom from the top.please help me if there is any software to solve this problem or to do it manually

please see this screenshot (attachement) then u will understand my problem

Welcome to the Seven Forums

It looks like you are using a third-party custom theme.

Switch to the default Aero theme and then log off and log on again then do the following.

Go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero\Shell\NormalColor folder and get a copy of shellstyle.dll.
Then go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\THE THEME YOU ARE WANTING CHANGED\Shell\NormalColor folder and rename the shellstyle.dll to shellstyle.bak.dll and put a copy of the shellstyle.dll from Aero in there.
