I'm having trouble with a Homegroup and sharing folders.
I managed to install a Homegroup, but the files cannot be accessed.
Printer and file sharing is standard allowed.
First I had a problem that the second PC was visible, but the Network couldn't be found?
I have the main PC on a cable and a router, the laptop is wireless and connected to the same router.
Permissions are standard for a Homegroup. But there is no access possible in either direction.
Turning of the antivirus won't help.
I installed an update which would solve the network problems. No result.
The sharing won't work, even if I put some folders public.
The permissions are not right???
It's absolutely a nightmare to share something in Windows.
I turned of password protection. So no use of an extra account needed.
Who can help to solve this?
Is there a way to direct address the second PC like \\name-Pc\music
But it won't work either. Name exists, but not the folder???

Error code 0x80070035 Can't find network path
No communication possible?
