Honestech ssdtv-813 Driver Require

I Recently Purchsed Honestech externeal tv tuner, model no ssdtv-813, its perfectly works on windows vista , but on windows 7 the Driver dosent support i Require driver for tv tuner [ht tvr 2.5]windows 7 . some body help me . Thanks in Advanced.​

As far as I can see you are correct that there are no W7 drivers for your Tv tuner. What error are you receiving with the Vista drivers?

You can always try installing the Vista drivers with compatibility for Vista or XP enabled, change this and then try to install.
OR
If it still doesn't work and ONLY IF the driver is blocked, you can try altering the driver *.ini files and renaming the drivers, we had success with the Leadtek PVR2000XP card by doing exactly this (but try the above first). Scroll down on this page for the steps for the LEADTEK card, you can use this as a guide. NOTE: You will have to rename every driver blocked and update the *.ini file to the new name. http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/31303-leadtek-winfast-tv2000xp-rm-drivers.html

I agree with Tim, if there is no Windows 7 driver available, try the Vista driver. Often times Vista drivers do the trick

With that said, we have to face the fact that sometimes devices that work with Vista are just not going to be compatible with Windows 7 - but, I hope this isn't the case for you!

HT TVR with Win 7

Hi, i'm Brasilian, and my english is so so english, but...
I have one HT TVR 2.5 and Win seven 32 ultimate. Instaling the drivers, your capture card will function normaly. Only the PROGRAM HT TVR will not function. Download and install other, from net. I installed the Power VCR 2 and function normaly. I hope helped you.
