Solved Horizontal Scrolling in window explorer

normally i can scroll horizontal in the list view in window explorer, but now it wont work
i try my mouse on other PC, it work normal
and i try another mouse on my PC, it still cant scroll
so it is my PC problem right
what is the problem and any solution?
