Host Process for windows Tasks has stopped working

I played game <Sims 3> I got a sound crash . SO I press longer start of Laptop .. When i reopen , I got a problem Host of windows process has stopped working , Then i click close program , and the new Problem came out COM Surrogate stopped working . THEN I CLICK close program , but it's not close it's came out again and again ..... What should i do !? I use many way to solve . NO WORKING OR WORKED !

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to check for infection, check system files, establish a clean boot, utilize System Resources.

If steps can't be performed from desktop or in Safe Mode you can perform them from boot as shown in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
