Solved How can I change my Windows Theme on my School computer?

So basically I was trying to install a Mac Transformation pack on my school controlled computer. Unfortunately, the computer did not turn into a mac but somehow that transformation pack changed the theme of my computer into a Windows Classic. Here is a picture of it:

I want to know if there is a way I can get the blue old Windows 7 Theme back because it looks very odd and suspicious as I am the only one in the school with this sort of theme. Please help! Thanks

Right click, then click on personalize;

Choose windows 7 theme, or any other theme that tickles your pickle!

When I right click personalize it says it is blocked by group policy
