How can i choose the rights for new accounts, like, make the account to be able to to this, but not that? Is this it? Im sorry if im unclear, English is'nt my native.

There are two ways dependent on exactly what you want to do.

First- if you want them not to be able to open a folder you right click the folder>properties>security and modify to what you want

Second- if you want to say not let them install applications you would use gpedit.

So which do you want to do?

Uhh, have you ever used Ubuntu? It lets me choose the rights for a user, i.e if that user can use printers, administer, you know, user privlages. Not only that can i open certain folders or install applications.
