Solved How can I delete a post?

Someone said this can be done if you go into Edit, and then Advanced. But when I do that I don't see an option for deleting the post. Am I not seeing something? Or confused? Or misinformed?

Anybody?

After posting it and seeing no replies, it occurs to me that the post comprises more whining than an actual appropriate problem -- at least a problem of the variety that has a solution. Since I already tried Microsoft's solution and it didn't work, I think it means I'm SOL on this one.
