How can I delete Visual Shopper from White Skye

I formerly used Constant Guard, which morphed into Fast Connect (supplied by White Skye).

I constantly keep getting shopping pop-ups that I believe come from Fast Connect (White Skye).

How can I get rid of this software, or is it an add on?

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Most likely is a browser add-on
When ie I suppose 11 is open you can use Alt+TO or Gear symbol on the top right and Manage add-ons,
On the bottom left column switch the view to Show all add-ons
On the top left click on Toolbars and extensions
Everything should be listed
You might even review Run without permissions for weird ones

On the BleepingComputer site use the button that looks like this,

You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
