Try installing the last version of Java JDK (JDK 6 Update 16) before install Netbeans
You can download a versión of the JDK including the last version of netbeans in the same page.
And the last Netbeans in NetBeans 6.7.1

I Cant Install NetBean IDE! , it Shows "No Compatible JDK was Found"
Is There Any Solution for That?

Hi Rocky, I see in your screen shot it says "No Compatible JDK was found" if i remember right you have to add the JDK package storage directory into windows Environment variables then reboot for the setting to take an effect. You can find that information on Javas JDK site on the steps to do so.
