So i have ATI RADEON 2100
Can't i make it any better :/?

That is the onboard graphics from your motherboard. The only way to improve it is to add a video card, of which just about anything will be better. As to which card, that all depends on what you are looking to do and how much you're looking to spend. Would also help to know what make and model of power supply you have, as that will also limit what you can add, unless you're willing to upgrade it as well.

There is no way of making it perform better that is pretty low end

Most of todays onboard graphics will make that look pretty bad ,Only real advice is to upgrade into something a little more friendly

I know the prices are not all that compared to us but you could find a cheap 560ti you would be good to go

Also what Stormy said about the PSU it must be compatible or no go

No, I'm gonna get one next month
