How can I map my Home Folder to another drive?

A friend of mine split up the drives on my desktop; my OS is now on an SSD and everything else is on a 2TB disk drive ("T" drive).

Unfortunately though I guess the default is that my Home Folder and all of my docs, music, etc...default saves to the C drive, which is my SSD and which I am trying to keep empty/solely for my OS.

I know I can map some of the folders in my Home folder to my T drive but I was wondering if I could just point the entire Home Folder to the T drive?

I want all of my default saves, folders and everything else to go straight to this new drive.

Thanks in advance.
