How can i remove case from hard disk?

i didnt find my files well i checked my disk for errors and after that my folders that where like empty they dissapear and then i used a lot of recovery softwares like R-studio i found that this is the best one but nothing got found

golden i got a problem when i use the command it says that F is not supported and i didnt check my external disk only the C one but why should i press the button i told u the N/O thing or not i had a lot of file that i need in that disk

OK. I only wanted you to try chkdsk on the F drive (your USB drive), not any other drive.

How did you type the command? From your earlier screen capture I saw chkdsk F: <--- this is not correct.

You need to do this:

1. In the cmd window, type F:, now hit the enter key.
2. You should see this F:>
3. Now type chkdsk and hit enter

what should i change to F? I put the command u told me my friend and it says the same thing that my disk
has broken parts and errors and i it has a thing that says to click yes or not to convert them links to files something like that sorry for bothering you man but i have a big problem and i can recover them files i need them so much!

OK. You really need to follow the instructions precisley, otherwise no one will be able to help you. So, forget everything you tried before, and just do this:

1. Open a cmd window, and type F: and then hit enter.
2. Post a screen capture of that here so I can be sure you did that.
