I installed some software package a few days ago and now I have a thing called SnapDo, which is extremely annoying. I read a couple posts about how to delete it, and I tried everything that was recommended. I still can't get rid of this thing. Does someone here have a foolproof way of wiping it off my machine? I can't do a System Restore as there is no good date before the infection date (just goes back a couple days). Specifically, it is in my Control Panel > Programs and Features. For instance, if I try to uninstall it, nothing happens. Also, it is in my Firefox. There must be some way to get rid of this thing. Please give me a point in the right direction.

Thanks. I tried that. It didn't work for me. I'll reimage me laptop this weekend. It shouldn't take more than a couple hours to get back to where I need to be. Now, my machine is so slow, it's basically unusable. If I keep trying to fight this thing, I can foresee spending thousands of hours waiting for (even simple) solutions to run.

I work as a software developer, and I also do consulting. I often design solutions that have saved people tens of thousands of man hours, and sometimes even hundreds of thousands of man hours. The people that create these viruses, are themselves viruses. They are the spawn of the Devil. Burn in hell, virus developers, burn in hell.

Anyway, thanks for trying to help.
