Well , its simple .. i have alot of work programs on my laptop and now its going a bit crazy with the lags and stuff . i don't have an external hard drive to backup all my content to it and most of my programs are installed on the C partition . now im afraid if i reinstall windows this will clear all my data and all my programs so there must be a workaround this to make me able to install windows without losing the data on my C partition
if i place my Backup CD , which i made once i bought my laptop it still doesnt have a repair option so it wont work .
i do however have a "pirated" version of Windows 7 but its not the 1 installed on my computer , the 1 i installed is the genuine that came with my laptop , i downloaded that version to try and use windows repair from it but it didnt have any upgrade i could use to repair my windows

A backup is always very important. Normally things are going well.... but you must have a way to get old things back.

So you want to reinstall again but KEEP ALL PROGRAMS AND DATA? Are you so sure win7 is acting strange due some win7 dll, exe or setting? Of you keep all programs.... a virus will stay ass well.

Anyway, if you want to do that: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

Do you have win7 x64 ultimate service pack 1 now? in which language? You have a x64 win7 install DVD in that language (or can you borrow it)?

i'm pretty sure its the windows yes , i have regular scanning once a week with Mcafee , the thing is the only win7 installation disc i have right now is pirated , it doesnt support repairing windows , to be exact this is the first screen i get after double clicking its executable : http://s19.postimg.org/pinm1jy8z/Windows_7_x64_2014_12_13_02_23_07.png , it should bring up the install now and then i go to select repair windows and all will be well
other than that i dont have a win7 installation disc atm and i dont know anyone who has one .

=> doesn't that "install now" screen appear just after you select win7 ultimate in that screen?

You want to do Repair Install or http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html ?
So what do you actually mean by saying "repair windows"?

And are you aware of the fact that hacking and illegal versions are not allowed here!?

nope it doesn't there is no install now screen thats my problem , with the pirated version
and i want the repair install
i didnt want to go for a pirated version .. as i said before the copy installed on my laptop right now is the copy that came with my laptop .. the problem is with the cost reduction things that was going on back then they stopped making the windows CD that comes with the laptop and said that u can always back it up on an external DVD which i did but this is the problem , when inserting the CD it prompts me to restore my PC to a very old version of it which means losing all my data .

MS has recently pulled downloads for official Win 7 ISO's.
Your specs show you have a Dell, contact them to see what you can get.
Here is a quote from the tutorial by gregrocker with the latest info i know of about this.
Microsoft has taken down the Digital River ISO download servers and are only providing ISO's to retail customers. This leaves those who bought a PC with Win7 at the mercy of OEM Tech Support who except for Dell rarely will provide clean Reinstallation media, to borrow a copy, or search for a torrent download which can be risky if not checked for add-ins.

Get rid of the pirate installer you're trying to use to repair a genuine copy of Windows that came with your PC. It explains clearly in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7 how to determine if the ISO is safe and untouched.

What I'd also do first is work through the steps to Clean Up Factory Bloatware which will clean and optimize your PC. Before doing that I'd run a full scan with Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads.

Once you complete those steps first let us know how performance is now along with any specific issues or problems so we can advise you further.
