I have another laptop, which frequently keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi, while having full five bars. I'm thinking the WiFi card is bad. How can I check this?

Does this happen to any other devices on the network? If so then it may be a couple of settings in your wireless router that need changing. Also do you have any issues with Ethernet connection?

Many Thanks,
Josh :)

Still happens when devices are disconnected. Settings are default also. As for the Ethernet cable, it's fine. It only does it sometimes though. It will be fine for a couple hours, then it just doesn't want to do anything for a little bit.

Could you please access device manager and upload a screenshot or tell me if there are any warning signs or red crosses next to any devices

To open device manager please open the file in the zip folder to follow a tutorial

Many Thanks,
Josh :)

To access device manager you can also write "device manager" in the Start menu searchbox. It's the last at the bottom, "search programs and files" is on it.
