grammar, spelling, punctuation...
first off, no one is perfect. as long as you can get a point across, I don't mind if it is not 100% grammatically correct nor if the spelling is 100% correct. but in saying that, the original poster must first be open and respectful enough to take criticism and instruction if someone else cannot make out the post because of grammar and spelling.
what i've seen in other posts--even in here--is that people immediately get critical when someone makes a comment about the spelling or grammar. people have to remember that there are people from all over the world who visit here and that english may not be their first language. so, to reiterate, the original poster has to be considerate enough to take criticism on his or her own post if no one else can understand because of grammar and spelling.
lastly, and most importantly, i believe that most of the people here believe that you catch more flies with honey rather than with vinegar. meaning, if you are courteous and respectful, you'll get it in return and you'd be more apt to get the help and assistance you're looking for.
